Healthy Habits, Happy Life: Fitness Expert Shows His Expertise on Fitness and Wellness - WAOK

In a special "Fitness Friday" segment fitness expert Coach Q joined the program to share his expertise on the importance of taking care of one's physical and mental health. Coach Q, who is originally from Atlanta, spent 30 years away from Georgia before returning to his hometown. He has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years, and has a passion for helping people find their way to a healthier lifestyle.

During the interview, Coach Q discussed the importance of taking care of one's body, mind, and spirit. He emphasized that a healthy lifestyle is not just about physical fitness, but also about mental and emotional well-being. He shared his own personal journey of struggling with high blood pressure and joint pain, and how he found relief through incorporating apple cider vinegar into his daily routine.

Coach Q explained that apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy that can help with digestion, reduce bloating, and even lower blood sugar levels. He also shared that it can help with joint pain, improve energy levels, and even balance pH levels. Perhaps most surprisingly, he revealed that apple cider vinegar can even help with bad breath.

The coach encouraged listeners to try adding apple cider vinegar to their daily routine by mixing one to two tablespoons with eight ounces of water on an empty stomach. He also emphasized the importance of taking note of how one's body responds to new habits and making adjustments as needed.
